A new artist book from Jake Grewal, Under The Same Sky, is out now. Sales of the book will raise funds for Studio Voltaire’s artistic and public programmes, and 30 special editions are accompanied by a limited-edition, two-block woodcut print, signed and numbered by the artist.
The book, Grewal’s first, surveys key works from his practice, and takes its title from his solo exhibition at Studio Voltaire earlier this year, his first institutional exhibition in London. With over 160 full-colour pages, it features a conversation between Grewal and curator Andrew Bonacina, as well as a new essay by writer, film-maker and curator Philip Hoare.
