On Thursday 13 November Michael Landy will appear in conversation at Hastings Contemporary with Director Kathleen Soriano, to coincide with his current solo exhibition, LOOK.

Focussing on Landy’s skill as a draftsman, LOOK presents a group of intensely personal drawings, reflecting on memory, vulnerability, and family relationships, accompanied by a new, large-scale self-portrait made specially for the exhibition, as well as a series of his Nourishment etchings. The conversation will explore creativity, destruction and the value of art in relation to the exhibition and to Landy's wider practice. The event will take place in the galleries, and will be followed by a Q&A with the audience.
