This forthcoming exhibition explores a shared materiality in the work of Franz Erhard Walther and Jimmy Robert, both employing fabric and paper in their work, as well as common themes of bodily presence, movement, and the impermanence of forms.

For The Intensity of Softness, Walther has conceived a ‘coat’ element for Robert, prompting a new performance by the artist. The work will be performed live on the day of the opening, as well as in a film screened for the duration of the exhibition.
